Christina Toulon is a leadership strategist specializing in organizational effectiveness, enterprise people strategy, leadership development, and culture systems.

She advises leaders across higher education, nonprofit, and public-sector environments on leadership readiness, workforce strategy, and organizational diagnostics.

Christina currently serves as Director of the Office for Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Binghamton University's Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science.

She is the developer of the HUMANITY Framework, which informs the firm’s approach to leadership development and organizational transformation.

Aaron Phelps leads instructional design and learning systems development for Benah Consulting.

He currently serves as Director of the University Center for Training and Development at Binghamton University, where he oversees training initiatives supporting more than 3,000 employees and manages learning environments spanning over 30 institutional systems.

His work focuses on instructional design, digital learning environments, and scalable learning systems that translate leadership strategy into practical organizational capability.
